Like Eoin said, this idea is somewhat impractical. Despite its impracticality, it definitely pays tribute to the superhero genre, borrowing ideas from the Flash (DC comics) and Static Shock (2000 WB cartoon). It also works on a somewhat childish belief that everything goes faster with racing stripes. Apart from the CGI aspect, . I have a Need for Speed game on my Xbox in which I can customise cars, so that part is covered. CGI wise, I assume I would be able to create a lightning bolt on After Effects, or perhaps a premade segment from Google. Still, I may think up another idea.
